HUMAN RESOURCES LEGAL CONSULTING

CONTRACTUAL REPRESENTATION

LITIGATION

LITIGATION

We provide management with a skilled, knowledgeable, aggressive resource to turn to when employee issues cannot be resolved amicably. We are relentless in our pursuit of our clients' best interest, whether to vigorously defend an employer against an alleged violation or to deliver an early and cost-effective resolution.

Because we constantly litigate the same types of claims in the same legal venues, we know the players and the processes. This lets us move effectively through federal, state and local court systems, often achieving dismissals via motion practice.

Since we frequently appear before the government agencies that regulate labor and employment at the federal, state and local levels, we have an intimate knowledge of their procedures and policies, and substantial experience negotiating with them on our clients' behalf.

When appropriate, we may suggest mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation.  Our approach here, as in all representation, is well-reasoned, creative and practical.

We seek solutions that take clients' concerns into account.
